Real estate is Tim’s passion. As a third-generation real estate professional, he’s been surrounded by the industry his entire life. 

While growing up in Burlingame, CA and later studying and graduating with a degree from the School of Engineering at Arizona State University, Tim was anxious to follow in his family’s footsteps. After college, he moved to San Francisco where he’s spent the better part of his adult life obtaining 25+ years of San Francisco Bay Area real estate knowledge and experience. 

His first chapter started in the mid-1990's with Damon Raike and Company, a commercial real estate firm specializing in the sale of commercial and investment properties both locally and nationwide, where he rose to top producer status three years into his time with the company. 

Upon the sale of the Raike Company, he began to develop a deep passion for acquiring, renovating and selling residential properties, throughout San Francisco, including Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Presidio Heights, Noe Valley, Eureka Valley, Cole Valley, Glen Park and the San Francisco Peninsula. These properties included single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, Condominiums, Tenancies in Common and Stock Cooperatives. 

During these years, Tim founded TAG Properties, successfully melding the complex negotiating skills of commercial real estate with his passion for residential properties which has resulted in many unparalleled outcomes for his clients.

His many years of experience and knowledge in most facets of the industry has given Tim the rare ability to personally relate to his clients’ needs while ushering them through the purchase, sale and investment process of San Francisco Bay Area real estate. 

Involvement in the community has also been an important part of Tim’s life with numerous charitable and volunteer organizations, including Merola Opera Program, SF LGBT Center, St. Francis Foundation, Make A Wish Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.

With 28 years of experience, Tim adheres to his family tradition of delivering exemplary service and results above and beyond what is required or expected. His unwavering ethics, strong determination and client satisfaction above all, Tim prides himself on each and every transaction being smooth and seamless. Rebecca is a 2nd generation Bay Area Realtor with more than 42 years as a specialist in the marketing and selling as well as the representation of hundreds and hundreds of buyers of fine residential properties in all neighborhoods throughout The Peninsula, San Francisco and Marin. Rebecca credits her success to her high level of service and keen marketplace knowledge. Her primary goal is client satisfaction, and her large number of repeat clients tells the story for her.

Her career began in April of 1979, with her first $98,000 sale of a single family home on a two page purchase contract. Her latest sale was on an 18 page contract, not including additional supplements, and she is always up to date on the latest information.
